We maintain a waitlist for No Cost sessions so that our kin can access intentional touch regardless of financial status.
When we receive a payment at our Mutual Aid Rate, we distibute a No Cost session as quickly as possible.
If you are not sure if you should book Low Cost or request No Cost, please reflect on the questions below.
Low Cost or No Cost?
- Will this be your first professional massage ever?
- Are you Black and/or Indigenous?

Are you managing chronic pain or distress?
- Are you responsible for others financially?
- Do you have debt which impacts your day-to-day life?
- Is your income inconsistent for long periods of time?
- Is your access to touch inconsistent in general?
- Have you been directly impacted by carceral systems and/or medical malpractice?
If you answered yes
to the majority of these,
please request No Cost.
- Do you have access to private healthcare?
- Can you rely on others to support you financially?
- Do you now or have you ever received manual therapy regularly?
- Do you access any healing or wellness service regularly?
- Can you afford to eat out, take cars, pay door covers, maintain studio space, update your technology etc. as needed without accruing debt?
